Our 1280 square foot Chalet Oak log cabin kit is one our most versatile kits. The basic Chalet kit is one and a half stories with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. This kit is easily modified to a 3 bedroom , 2 bath cabin. The front wall of this kit can be made into a prowl front which adds 6 feet to the square footage of the living room, or the front wall can be left flat as pictured above.
Our 2000 square foot Chalet Oak log home kit has a 42’ x 30’ foot print with a 16’ covered front porch. This kit cabin has room for everyone while keeping the warm feel of log home living. Lots of windows give this home a light, airy feel. Exposed timbers and Oak log interior walls keep the rustic appeal. The floor plan for this kit is very versatile and can easily be adjusted to add rooms or enlarge rooms.
The 2800 square foot Chalet kit has an attached 30’ x 30’ two car garage with a large 20’ x 30’ living area above the garage. This area makes a great master suite, kids rooms, game room , or a guest suite. The front wall of this cabin can be square or can come to a point as in the above picture. By bringing this wall to a point. 6 additional feet of living room is gained at no extra cost.
Covered porches on the front and sides of the house make this cabin kit a great option for front porch sitting and swinging. The front porch can follow the point of the front wall as pictured or can be built square

Each Chalet kit has vaulted ship lap ceilings with exposed timber rafters giving the home a warm rustic feel.
These kits can be built on a slab foundation, basement or crawl space.
